US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program’s (ODP) top youth soccer stars will compete December 27-30 at the adidas Super Group at the Disney Soccer Showcase in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
Each of US Youth Soccer’s Regions will field a US Youth Soccer ODP team in the 1986 age group to compete in the eight-team adidas Super Group. Joining these US Youth Soccer ODP teams will be: the U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team; the Japanese Under-17 Men’s National Team; and the Under-17 club teams from AC Milan (Italy) and Fulham (England).

US Youth Soccer’s Web site now offers two new features for your benefit.

You may have already noticed one of the new features – a new "Resources" button has been added to the home page’s left menu bar. Instead of hunting for the "Download Center", this new option provides a direct link to it. Accessing the product order form, the hi-resolution and vector graphics download section, travel and tournament forms, and the free online brochures has never been this easy.

The "Download Center" also features new links to "Player Health Tips" and the resource libraries for "Coaches" and "Parents."
A photo gallery has also been added to usyouthsoccer.org, and is easily accessible from the home page by clicking on the camera icon beneath the Holiday Inn Tournament Database link in the left column.

The gallery features photos from recent US Youth Soccer events including the inaugural Cincinnati TOPSoccer Wheelchair Game, President’s Meeting, Region IV Workshop, and the US Youth Soccer National Office’s booth at the Plano Special Olympics Chili Cook-off.

While most Americans will be sitting down to feast on a Thanksgiving turkey, watching football, or getting an early start to holiday shopping, the nation’s top youth soccer stars will be competing at the upcoming US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (ODP) Thanksgiving Interregionals (Nov. 25-Dec. 3) in Florida.
Girls’ teams representing the 1985-88 age groups will compete at the Thanksgiving Interregionals. The boys will field teams in the 1985, ’86 and ’88 age groups for the Thanksgiving Interregionals and the ’86 age group will compete in the adidas Super Group at the Disney Soccer Showcase.
Each US Youth Soccer ODP squad will consist of the best players from each respective Region and age group.
For the Thanksgiving Interregionals, the girls will compete November 25-30 at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, while the boys will compete November 28 - December 3 at the Cocoa Expo Sports Center.
